About Us

Enzyme International was founded in the UK in January 2002 but had been operating in Australia under the name Austin Thompson Associates since 1994.

The founder, Dr Kevin Austin, qualified and worked in medical research for over 20 years specialising in the research in to ‘pain’ management. Crossing over to the business world, Kevin spent many years working with traditional consultancy practices in a variety of senior roles. Applying this business experience and many of the fundamental principles discovered in medical research, he was uniquely placed to help businesses deal with the problems they are facing today.

To do this he developed unique and innovative approaches and methodologies, based on the principle of discovery. He worked extensively alongside some of the world’s leading experts in transformation and service quality such as Dr Karl Albrecht who formally acknowledges the approach used by Enzyme as world leading.

Since January 2002 Enzyme has been expanding and developing the research and work pioneered in Australia. Both the UK and Australian operations have a proven track record of delivering outstandingly successful customer engagements
